1. What you are agreeing to

By purchasing an AFTERMINT subscription (Light — 7 tins, Moderate — 14 tins, or Heavy — 21 tins) you authorise us to charge your saved payment method the subscription price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, every 28 days until you cancel. Shipping on subscription orders is free.

2. Billing cycle

Your first order is charged and shipped immediately. Each subsequent order is charged on the same day every 28 days ("cycle date") and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment. Your next cycle date is always visible in your account.

3. Price

The subscription price is the price displayed at the time you subscribe. If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect on your subscription. Continuing after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Skip, pause, change, cancel

You may skip your next shipment, pause your subscription, switch between Light, Moderate and Heavy, update your address or payment method, or cancel entirely at any time from your account, or by emailing team@takeaftermint.com. Changes must be made before the cycle date to affect that shipment; orders already billed will ship. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days, the subscription will be paused until a valid payment method is provided.

6. Availability

If we are unable to fulfil a subscription order, we will notify you and either delay the shipment or refund that order. Prolonged unavailability entitles you to cancel without penalty.

7. Daily maximum

AFTERMINT is labelled for a maximum of 15 lozenges per day. Subscription tiers are designed within that limit (Light ≈ 5/day, Moderate ≈ 10/day, Heavy = 15/day over 28 days). Purchasing multiple tiers does not change the labelled maximum.

8. Communications

By subscribing you agree to receive transactional emails about your subscription (upcoming charge reminders, shipping confirmations, payment issues). These are not marketing emails and cannot be unsubscribed from while your subscription is active.

9. Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
